Redeem it at robertgraham.us, at any of our retail locations or on orders placed by phone at 1-855-214-3350. Once you find something you like online, apply your gift card code during checkout.
HOW DOES THE E-GIFT CARD WORK?
It is a virtual version of a regular gift card; it works exactly the same, except we deliver it via email. Once the gift card is purchased on our website, the recipient will receive an email with a unique code. To redeem, the recipient must enter the code in the GIFT CARD CODE field in checkout and click APPLY.
CAN I RETURN A GIFT CARD?
Our gift cards are non-refundable. If you’d like to return a purchase made with a gift card, the funds will be credited back to your gift card.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY GIFT CARD BALANCE?
Call 1-855-214-3350, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. ET with your gift code—we’ll update you on your card’s balance!
WHEN WILL MY GIFT CARD EXPIRE?
Never!
WHAT IF I DON’T USE UP MY WHOLE GIFT CARD?
The unused portion of your gift card will remain on your balance and can be used toward any Robert Graham purchase.
CAN I SHIP A PHYSICAL GIFT CARD DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT?
Unfortunately at this time, we cannot ship physical gift cards from our website. We can only send digital gift cards via email.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS OUT OF YOUR RETAIL STORES?
Yes. Physical gift cards are available for purchase at Robert Graham Retail stores.
WHEN DOES THE RECIPIENT RECEIVE THE E-GIFT CARD?
They’ll receive your digital gift and message minutes after your order the e-gift card.
CAN I ORDER GIFT CARDS IN OTHER DENOMINATIONS?

Gift cards do not expire. Gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen. Gift cards cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Coupons, promo codes and other discounts may not be used to purchase gift cards. In the event that a purchase made with a gift card is returned, the original gift card will be credited.
