CITIZEN Gift Cards can only be purchased at a Citizen Watch store for purchases of Citizen watches. 

Gift Cards never expire.  Any unused balance remaining on the Gift Card after a purchase will remain on the Gift Card and may be used for subsequent purchases.  To check the balance, please visit https://balance.clutch.com/citizen, enter the Gift Card number on the face of the Gift Card.

Gift Cards are non-refundable, cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards, cannot be reloaded, cannot be resold or transferred for value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.  We cannot replace your Gift Card if it’s lost, damaged, destroyed, or stolen so treat it as carefully as you would treat cash.  The risk of loss and ownership of Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our delivery to the purchaser or to the carrier.

We have the right not to accept any Gift Card if it has been fraudulently obtained or has been reported as stolen.

We make no representation or warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Cards, including without limitation:  any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  In the event that a Gift Card is non-functional, your sole remedy and our sole obligation and liability will be the replacement of the Gift Card.  Certain State laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages.  If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers may not apply to you and you may have additional rights.

When you purchase or redeem a Gift Card, you agree that the laws of the State of New York, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Gift Card Terms and Conditions.  We reserve the right to change these Gift Card Terms and Conditions from time to time in our discretion.  All Terms and Conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
