Terms and Conditions

Earning Points:

To earn points, you must present your card to a sales representative or have your account found by an associate at the time of your purchase.  Points can only be earned on retail sales for the pre-tax value of the sale.

Lay-a-way purchases must be paid in full to earn Open Road points.

Points earned do not expire.

Redeeming points:

When you visit, please inform your sales associate that you are a member of  the Open Roads Rewards program. 

We will check your balance and determine if you have a reward awaiting redemption – it’s that easy!

Open Roads Cards are not replaceable, but it may be possible for an associate to apply points by searching the system for your account information.  Please advise your associate if this is necessary.  You will be asked to provide identification to verify your account information.

The fine print:

Blue Springs Harley-Davidson’s Open Road Card Program and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Blue Springs Harley-Davidson.  At its sole discretion, Blue Springs Harley-Davidson has the right to modify, add or delete any of the Program rules, terms, conditions, benefits or rewards in whole or in part, anytime with or without notice.  We reserve this right even though such changes may affect the value of the points already accumulated or the value of the rewards.
